General Questions

How do I find my exam number?

Your exam number was provided by your school when you registered for the examination. It's usually on your exam slip or registration form. If you can't find it, ask your class teacher or go to your school's administrative office for assistance.

What if I forgot my exam number?

Don't worry! For UBEAT, you can use the alternative login method by clicking "Don't know your exam number?" on the login page. You'll need to provide your full name, school name, LGA, and exam year. Payment is still required to access results. For BECE, please contact your school to retrieve your exam number.

Who can I contact for more help?

For technical issues, contact your school's ICT coordinator. For exam-related queries, speak with your principal or class teacher. You can also reach out to the Ministry through your school administration.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your personal information and results are encrypted and stored securely. We only share your information with authorized personnel and never sell your data.

Results & Access

Why can't I see my results?

There could be several reasons: 1) Your exam number might be incorrect - double-check the format (e.g., ok/977/2025/001), 2) Your results might not be uploaded yet - check with your school, 3) For BECE, you may need to complete payment first.

When will my results be available?

Results are typically available 2-4 weeks after the examination. Your school will notify you when results are ready to be checked. If it's been longer than this period, please contact your school administration for updates.

What if my result is missing or not found?

If you get a "Result Not found" error or your result is missing, first verify your exam number is correct. If the issue persists, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

I found errors in my name or details. What should I do?

If you notice misspelt names, mismatched details, or any incorrect information in your results, please contact our support team immediately. We'll help verify and correct these issues with the examination board.

My subject or score is missing. How do I fix this?

Missing subjects or scores need immediate attention. Contact our support team with your exam number and details of the missing information. We'll investigate and resolve this with the examination board.

The wrong result is displayed for my exam number. What now?

If you see someone else's result or incorrect information when you log in, this is a serious issue. Please contact our support team immediately with your exam number so we can investigate and correct this.

How many times can I view my results?

Unlimited! Once you've paid (for BECE) or logged in successfully, you can view your results as many times as you want. Just use the same exam number to log back in.

What if I see an error in my results?

If you notice any errors or discrepancies in your results, please contact your school immediately. They will initiate the verification process with the examination board.

Payment & Fees

Do I need to pay to access my results?

Yes, both BECE and UBEAT require a one-time payment to access your results. After logging in with your exam number, you'll be directed to a secure payment page. Once payment is confirmed, you can view, download, and print your results unlimited times.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept multiple payment methods including debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD codes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with 256-bit encryption.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely! We take security very seriously. All payments are processed through certified payment gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave) that comply with international security standards. We never store your card details.

I paid but still can't access my results. What should I do?

Payment disputes can be frustrating. If your payment was successful but you still can't access your results, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. We'll resolve this quickly.

Technical Support

Can I download or print my results?

Yes! Once you access your results dashboard, you'll find "Download" and "Print" buttons at the top of the page. You can save a PDF copy for your records or print a physical copy.

What format should my exam number be in?

BECE accepts three formats: 1) XX/000/000 (e.g., ok/977/2025), 2) XX/000/0000/000 (e.g., ok/977/2025/001), or 3) XX/XX/000/0000 (e.g., ok/im/977/2025). UBEAT follows similar patterns. Always use lowercase letters and include all forward slashes. The system validates your format as you type.

Can I access my results on my phone?

Yes! The student portal is fully mobile-friendly and works on smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can access it from any device with an internet connection and a web browser.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection. Then verify your exam number is correct. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If problems persist, try the alternative login method or contact support.

I can't access the portal at all. Help!

If you're unable to access the portal, try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or checking your internet connection. If the issue continues, contact our support team for technical assistance.
